Is Hemp "Marijuana"?
It’s a common misconception that hemp and marijuana are the same, but they while they are cousins, hemp will not get you high. CBD is a non-psychoactive compound that supports your body’s health functions. Hemp only contains .3% of THC, the psychoactive compound that is present in much higher concentrations in marijuana. All Super Natural products contain less than .3% THC.
Are Hemp Extract and Hemp Oil the same?
Hemp extract refers to our full spectrum product derived from the leaves and flowers of the hemp plant that contain phytocannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids. Hemp oil is typically used in reference to the hemp seed oil that is used in a variety of cosmetic products for all of its dietary fats.
What does full spectrum mean?
Full-spectrum hemp oil is a whole plant extract of hemp, including CBD, CBG, CBN, CBC, Flavonoids, Terpenes, and .3% THC. The cannabinoids in these oils include less than .3% THC. That’s not nearly enough to get you high, but it is enough to make use of the entourage effect, and in turn get you the best results.
What does Multi-Strain mean?
A Strain is a genetic variety of the Cannabis plant that is defined by the different levels of Minor Cannabinoids, Flavinoids, and Terpenes that give that Strain in characteristics. Nearly all CBD products on the market are Single-Strain products that are limited to that single strain’s Cannabinoids and Terpenes. Super Natural Farms products are Multi-Strain which produces a much more robust product for your health by providing more Minor Cannabinoids, Flavinoids, and Terpenes in each of our products. Results Driven!
What is THC and is it in Super Natural Farms Full Spectrum oil?
THC or tetrahydrocannabinol is a psychoactive compound found in marijuana at higher concentrations than in the hemp plant we use to extract CBD. Our full spectrum cannabinoid extract only contains 0.3% THC, which is considered the legal limit for THC. Because everyone’s biochemistry is different, you may want to consult your healthcare provider before consuming our CBD extract if you are subject to drug testing because it may still be traceable.
What should I feel when I use CBD?
Hemp oil is non psychoactive / non intoxicating. The effects are unique to each person’s body and their current health. Since cannabinoids in hemp extract are absorbed by receptors in the body’s endocannabinoid system it varies person to person. With that in mind many describe feelings of relaxation and others describe feeling focused. The only way to know is try it for yourself. We recommend our 10ML sample size for first time users that would like to try it for 7-10 days.
What does "sublingual" mean?
Sublingual means under the tongue.
Why take SNF Full Spectrum Oil sublingually?
We recommend consuming CBD under the tongue because the absorption process bypasses the digestive system and liver metabolization, which allows for more of the compounds getting into your bloodstream and more effectively interacting with the endocannabinoid system. Sublingual consumption is ideal for rapid absorption.
How much should I take?
Dosage varies from person to person. We recommend starting off with half of the recommended dose and working your way up in either quantity(amount), frequency (times), or concentration (strength).
Can I use the tincture topically?
Yes! All SNF tinctures are formulated using organic MCT oil and are ready to use topically. Apply liberally and re apply as needed.
Where does the hemp extract come from?
Our hemp is grown at high elevation in Colorado using organic and sustainable methods.
